Medical Resources provides busy medical offices looking for quality staff with the opportunity to have somebody else do much of the leg work.  We assume all of the costs of recruiting; which includes advertising, screening, testing, interviewing, etc.  All of this is done with no obligation to you, unless you hire one of our candidates. 

Medical Resources is not just a resume service.  We require all of our applicants to come in for a pre-screening interview.  This includes filling out our application (which will be sent to you along with a current resume), taking appropriate basic skills tests, and having an individual interview.   We are so confident that our process helps us find the best candidates, that we offer a 90 day guarantee with each placement.  In exchange for these services we require that the employer pay our fees if they choose to hire one of our candidates.

All of this work is needed to find the ideal candidate, with the appropriate skills required for your particular office setting. 

We work very hard to match the skills that are required by your office with the needs required by the applicant.  This includes such things as job duties, type of practice, location, salary, benefits, and any other special needs.
